We provide personalized coaching, guidance, and support to cultivate confidence, poise, and authenticity in every student. Our mission is to foster a transformative journey, equipping participants with the skills, mindset, and preparation necessary to excel on campus and beyond, creating a lasting legacy of empowered and confident leaders.

About The Founder

Winslyn Parrish, affectionately known as Winnie, is a Master of Health Administration Candidate at Florida A&M University (FAMU). She graduated with her Bachelor of Health Science from FAMU in 2022 and Master of Health Administration in 2024. 

​

During her time at Florida A&M, Winslyn seized every opportunity offered to her, creating a well-rounded, outstanding young woman with a passion for service. A list of her accolades falls below:

Winslyn began assisting with student campaigning in 2021 after she won her title of Miss Junior Attendant in 2020. Since then, it has become a true passion and talent that does not go unnoticed by her peers. She was encouraged to launch TWE by her friends and candidates after successfully completing campaigns over the course of 2 years. She has experience in Royal Court, Student Government Association, and Campus Activity campaigns. In addition, she takes part in pageantry (coordination, coaching, and judging).
