Frequently Asked Questions

When should I begin preparing for a campaign?

  • In our opinion and experience, a good time to start prepping is one year to six months in advance. This does not mean hire a manager this early, but it gives you time to get thoughts in order and gain supporters and sponsors.

When should I reach out for collegiate pageant coaching?

  • As soon as your pageant process begins. Pageant practices typically only last for 6-8 weeks, so it is ideal to have a coach assist you from your starting point. The latest we will take a client is at the 4 week mark.

When should an organization contact you for pageant coordination/to be a pageant mom?

  • For complete coordination services, please reach out at least 3-4 months in advance. We create entire portfolios with themes, attire, scenes, music mixes, execution, etc. This process is intricate and takes time.

What if an organization or pageant girl just wants advice on their performance?

  • Feel free to contact us at any time for simple pointers or advice, free of charge.

What is an estimated budget to execute a campaign?

  • Budgets vary depending on the type of campaign. Most campaigns begin at $1500.

What is an estimated budget for a collegiate pageant?

  • First, understand you must raise a certain amount of funds for the respective organization's pageant you are competing in. As far as sole pageant day execution, a good budget is $1000. This includes hair, makeup, outfits for 6-7 scenes, props and materials.

Can I guarantee a win if I book with you?

  • A win can never be guaranteed no matter what you do. It is all up to practice, preparation, and prayer. An equal amount of effort from the coach/manager is required (but the client should want it the most!). We believe we are the best at what we do and are committed to continuous learning, client by client. What we can 100% guarantee you is effort and execution from our end as we want to see the best for all of our clients!
